Tales of the American Jet-set

Went up to Moorhead to visit my grandmother. We had dinner at the Speakeasy restaurant then I dropped her off at her apartment. It turns out she lives just a couple blocks from Ralph's Corner bar and Brian Jonestown was playing. Travis said he'd put me on the list so I walked on over to the place but couldn't find Travis, nor did they have a list. A couple of the guys from the band were sitting in a booth and Colin came over and got me in. I sat and drank with the guys and for several hours and got to meet the rest of the band including the infamous Anton. When they played, I was able to get a better view than the previous night. Stayed and drank some more and didn't make it back to grandma's until 3am. A few hours later I awoke to good ole country cooking and forced myself to get up to eat in my hungover haze since I had to have the rental car back by noon and I had a three hour ahead of me. Made it back with a minute to spare.
